Trash the Dress!!

I am sooooo excited to announce Trash the Dress Sessions! These are post-wedding bridal sessions for brides who don't mind getting their dress a little dirty (or you could purchase a discounted dress just for this purpose!) Keep in mind, the amount of dirt on your dress is completely up to you :) I will be booking a limited number of these sessions between now and the end of October. Kirstie

I met Kirstie at Sequiota Park in Springfield for some fun outdoor shots, then we headed back to the studio to get some by the pond and inside. Kirstie was so nice to work with - we had a great time! And yes... those curls are natural - I am so jealous!! Thanks Kirstie!

What a C-U-T-I-E!

I had the opportunity a couple of days ago to shoot Kennedy's sixth birthday photos. She was soooo much fun! Happy birthday Kennedy!

Marty and Tammy

What a fun couple! Marty and Tammy were married August 17 at the GORGEOUS Lodge of the Four Seasons at Lake of the Ozarks. They had booked the Japanese Gardens for the ceremony, but it decided to start storming. So we got the formals outside just before the rain started, and then moved inside for the ceremony. Here are some of my favorites...

Payton and Dale

We had the pleasure of sharing Payton and Dale's big day with them on August 11 at the Windermere Conference Center. It was a beautiful venue and of course - HOT! But they weathered it well and had a beautiful wedding... Congratulations Payton and Dale!!

Stephanie and Daniel

We had so much fun with Daniel and Stephanie.... they were married August 10 in Springfield. We met first at Ritter Springs for their couple shots (they did so well in the 100 degree heat!!) This was a special spot for them, as it was the location of their first date and where Daniel proposed. After that it was on to the church which was so beautifully decorated for a candlelit ceremony at 8:00. Here are a few of my favorite images :)

Ashley and Trever

We were so lucky to have had the opportunity to photograph Ashley and Trever's wedding this weekend in Kissee Mills. They were so easy to work with and so much fun! The wedding was at their home, and not only were the surroundings beautiful, but they are so much in love - it shows in their eyes!!
